Publicly funded living lab designed to provide a real world test environment to advance next generation intelligent mobility and smart city technology. Assets include:

• 1.5 mile autonomous vehicle test track located within a commercial office park

• 1G of dedicated fiber

• smart poles
• 25,000 square foot technology incubator

The goal of the technology incubator is to help IoT, Mobility and Smart City early stage startup companies grow and scale. It also provides short term innovation space for rent adjacent to the track for visiting startups and enterprise companies who are in town testing. Facilities in the incubator include:

• the network operations center for the track
• conference rooms
• co-working desks
• podcasting room
• prototype lab
• 50 seat classroom
• special events room that seats more than 100

Companies who need longer term office space, garage access or large paved spaces can be accommodated on a case by case basis. There are also 2 full service hotels with over 1000 rooms (including conference facilities) located at the south terminus of the track.
